I am teaching Yin Yoga and Slow Flow classes at Peaceful Heart Yoga Studio in downtown Franklin, Indiana. As I grow I will in turn add more offerings. I cannot wait meet you on the mat.

I offer yin yoga classes for special events, meetings, small private groups, couples, and individual private classes, in-person. Small group or private sessions allow personalization.
